Essity's commitment to education shone through with immediate remedial training provided in various formats, predominantly face-to-face with live demonstrations. Adopting the "see one, do one, teach one" mode of learning led to higher success rates and a noticeable shift in staff attitudes. Staff learned how to apply the product correctly and safely, which was new information for many, regardless of their experience as personal support workers."
